I am so sorry to hear of your loss. The bible refers to death as the last enemy that will be destroyed forever. (1 Corinthians 15:26) In the bible, God promises to swallow up or "or do away with" death forever ( Isaiah 25:8). Rather than seeing our dear love ones die we have the hope of seeing them again by a means of a grand resurrection. At John 5:28,29 God's promises that "All those in the memorial tombs will...... come out.
